Hi,

I'm Chris and I'm an 18 year old student from Staffordshire.
I'm currently studying A2 Geography, Media and Film at Stafford College.

After having had a general interest in photography for many years I picked up my first camera on 2nd January 2007 as I had received some money for Christmas, I purchased a Nikon D40 along with the 18-55mm kit lens. Not for one minute did I think it was going to spark a passion for pictures - but it did. I have since upgraded to a Nikon D200 and a selection of higher quality lenses, and now never leave the house without them.

I have never had a formal lesson in photography although I plan to in the near future. All my knowledge so far has been learnt from books, magazines and other photographers with the help of the internet.
